Tiberius was the pet tom cat of Chamberlin Locke and his family during the 1910s.[1][2]
Description[]
Tiberius is a breed of Siamese cat, possessing grayish-white fur with black patches on his eyes, ears, legs and tail. He has green eyes and wears a cyan colored collar with circular golden pet tag that contains a small lock, which could be the lock of an unknown Key.
History[]
Tiberius was present when Chamberlin presented the Dollhouse and its Small World Key to Mary and Jean Locke. When the Spider was accidentally enlarged by the Key's powers, Tiberius killed it by sticking his paw into the Dollhouse and squashing it.[1]
In 1915, when John Locke uses the Anywhere Key to flood Keyhouse and kill himself. Tiberius flees the house with Chamberlin, Mary and Jean and watches with them as Chamberlin uses the Giant Key to stop the flooding.[2]
Tiberius's absence from Locke & Key: Hell & Gone #1 and Grindhouse, combined with the average lifespan of 12.5 years his breed has, suggests that Tiberius died sometime after John's suicide. It is currently unknown as to exactly when and the circumstances.
