The following is a list of minor characters appearing throughout the Locke & Key graphic novels and Netflix series.

Keys to the Kingdom #2[]
- Two custodians who worked at McClellan Psychiatric Hospital. They were seduced by Dodge for access to Erin Voss's room and later killed by her.
- An unnamed nurse who tended to Erin during her stay at McClellan. After allowing a disguised Kinsey to see Erin, she discovers the bodies of the custodians Dodge killed, and assuming Kinsey committed the deed, reports her description to the police. She faintly recognizes Kinsey when Kinsey and Tyler visit the hospital.[1]

Omega #1[]
- Shep Martin - A student and a former friend of Tyler Locke. One night, while driving drunk with Kinsey, he crashed his car into a tree, injuring Kinsey. According to Tyler, Shep would play Dave Matthews on his guitar at parties to "show how sensitive he is".
- Two paramedics who attended to Kinsey the night of the car crash. They appear to be caricatures of Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez.
Netflix Series[]
Episode 1: Welcome to Matheson[]
- The unnamed prison Guard was a security agent who tells Sam he has a visitor and is later murdered by him. He was played by Jason Gosbee.
Episode 2: Trapper/Keeper[]
- The unnamed clerk is the owner of a local hardware store who lends a decoy key to Bode Locke. He is played by Tom Savini.
- An unnamed waitress at a local restaurant who expresses alarm at Dodge's ravenous appetite. She is played by Joanne Miller.
- Gilles is a partygoer who Dodge incapacitated via short-lived strangulation. He is played by Kaleb Horn.
Episode 3: Head Games[]
- Ray - a child who found the Matchstick Key in the remains of Mark Cho's home. He is thrown in front of a train by Dodge after she takes the Matchstick Key from him. He is played by Alexander Elliot.
- Chad Garland - An obnoxious hockey player who Tyler picks a fight with. He is played by Steven Love.
Episode 4: The Keepers of the Keys[]
- Bernadette - A worker at McClellan Psychiatric Hospital who watches over Erin Voss. She is played by Josette Jorge.
Episode 7: Dissection[]
- Lindsey Lesser is the younger sister of Sam Lesser. Lindsey lived together with Sam and was raised by their father, Randy Lesser. However, their home was a difficult environment due to their father treating Sam with disdain and neglect, and although Lindsey was supportive and caring of her older brother, she was unable to defend him from Randy's abusive attitude. Randy would even threaten Sam right in front of her. She is played by Charlotte Tavares.
Episode 8: Ray of F*cking Sunshine[]
- Gustav - A magician who performed at McClellan Psychiatric Hospital for the mentally infirm patients there, viewed by Erin Voss, a patron, and Dodge, a visitor. He is played by Chris Farquhar.
Episode 10: Crown of Shadows[]
- Two paramedics who helped hospitalize Rufus Whedon. They were played by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez, and are based on characters who appeared in Omega #1 of the graphic novels.
Episode 11: The Premiere[]
- Karl - A theater attendant murdered by Eden, to be much later discovered by Kinsey and Scot. He was played by Brett Houghton.
Episode 12: The Head and the Heart[]
- Mrs. Lafferty - Bode and Jamie's schoolteacher. She is played by Tara Nicodemo.
Episode 13: Small World[]
- Candice Whedon[2] is the mother of Ellie Whedon and adoptive grandmother of Rufus Whedon. While vacuuming Keyhouse manor, she found Erin Voss catatonic and accidentally vacuumed up the Head Key when Erin was a teenager. She is based on Candice Whedon from the graphic novels.
Episode 15: Past is Prologue[]
- Carole Hawkins is the mother of Eden Hawkins. She visits Eden after she discovers her husband was having an affair, unaware that Eden had been taken over by a demon. She is played by Tanya Clarke.
Episode 18: Irons in the Fire[]
- Captain Crais was an American militarist active during the Revolutionary War. He is based on Adam Crais from the graphic novels. He is played by Wade Bogert-O'Brien.
